Using wibbly
By creating an account or using wibbly you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own what you publish. You give wibbly permission to host, display and distribute it as needed to run your page. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or link to.
Acceptable use
Don't use wibbly to publish anything illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing, to distribute malware or spam, or to impersonate others. Don't attempt to disrupt or break into the service.
Usernames
Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or is inactive for a long period.
Termination
You can stop using wibbly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms.
No warranty
wibbly is provided as is, without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
